Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Money Door FX Academy ("we", "us") collects, uses, stores and deletes personal information when you visit our website, register with us, or contact us.

Because we are based in Chennai, India and most of the people who register with us are in India, we handle personal data in line with theDigital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act"). Under that Act you are the Data Principal and we are the Data Fiduciary — the party responsible for what happens to your data.

What We Collect

When you register through our Join Now form, we collect:

• Full name — so we can address you personally.
• Email address — to send your confirmation and to reply to you.
• Phone number — to contact you about the program you're interested in, including via WhatsApp.
• Country, state/region and city — so we can suggest sessions in a workable time zone and know which market rules apply to you.

We also automatically record, when you submit the form:

• Your IP address and browser user-agent, kept solely as a security measure to detect and block automated abuse of the form.
• The date and time of your submission, which is also our record of your consent.

Separately, we may collect basic aggregated analytics (pages visited, general region, device type). This is not linked to your registration record.

We do not collect financial information, trading account credentials, or payment details through this website. We never ask for your broker password or trading account login, and you should never send them to us.

Why We Collect It, and On What Basis

We process your data on the basis of the consent you give by ticking the box on the registration form. We use it only to:

• Contact you about our trading education programs and help you choose a starting point.
• Send you the confirmation email for your registration.
• Keep a record of who has registered and when they consented.
• Protect the form against spam and automated abuse.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with our referral partners. If you choose to click through to a partner from ourTrading Partners page and sign up with them, that is a separate relationship between you and that company, governed by their privacy policy — we do not pass them your details.

Who Else Processes It

• Our email provider — delivers your confirmation email and the internal notification to our team.
• Our hosting provider — runs the website and its registration endpoint.
• Our spam-protection provider — verifies that form submissions come from a person rather than a script.
• Our records store — holds the registration list our team works from.

These providers process only what they need to perform their function and are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes. Some of them operate servers outside India.

How Long We Keep It

• Registration details — kept while we are in contact with you and for up to 24 months after our last meaningful contact, then deleted.
• Enrolled students — kept for the duration of the program and for up to 5 years afterwards, to support alumni queries and to meet record-keeping obligations.
• IP address and user-agent — kept for 90 days for abuse prevention, then discarded.

Your Rights Under the DPDP Act

You have the right to:

• Access — ask what personal data we hold about you and how we've used it.
• Correction — have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected or completed.
• Erasure — ask us to delete your data, unless we're legally required to keep it.
• Withdraw consent — as easily as you gave it. Withdrawing consent stops future processing; it does not undo processing already carried out lawfully.
• Grievance redressal — raise a complaint with us and receive a response.
• Nominate — name someone to exercise these rights on your behalf if you die or become incapacitated.

How to Request Deletion or Exercise a Right

Emailmoneydoorfxacademy@gmai.comwith the subject line "Data Request", from the email address you registered with, and tell us what you want us to do. You can also simply reply to any email you've had from us and ask.

We will respond within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm your identity first, so that nobody else can access or delete your data by pretending to be you.

Children

Our programs are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has registered with us, contact us and we will delete the record.

Security

Your data is transmitted over an encrypted connection and access to our registration records is restricted to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach affects your personal data we will notify you and the Data Protection Board of India as the DPDP Act requires.

Grievance Officer

If you are unhappy with how we've handled your data or your request, contact our grievance contact atmoneydoorfxacademy@gmai.com. If you remain dissatisfied, you may escalate the matter to theData Protection Board of India.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
